3. Complete the School Transfer Request

Note: Applying to Phoenix High School does not guarantee a spot in school. You will still need to meet with the staff of Phoenix to ensure a proper fit. We will be in touch with you shortly after submitting your application. Please see below for a paper application.

Those interested in attending Phoenix High School must compete an application and be interviewed by school staff.

Email your completed application to or fax it (509-222-5153) and we will get in touch with you to set up the new student interview. We can also give you a basic overview of Phoenix and can point you in the right direction if you have specific questions.
The purpose of the new student interview is to allow the staff at Phoenix meet you, both student and parent. We use interviews not to keep students out, but to bring them in. In what we call the triangle (advisors, student and parent/guardian), everyone has to agree that Phoenix is the appropriate placement for the student. If that happens, the student will either start right away or be placed on a wait list for our next available spot.
